Banana Chips

So, I think we are all probably guilty of buying bananas and allowing them to blacken before we eat them! I discovered a new way to use them without wasting by making banana chips. Just cut them 1/8 of an inch thick and place them on a greased (pam) baking sheet. I like to line mine with foil then spray with pam. Cook in the oven at 200 degrees for 2 to 3 hours or until golden brown. They won’t be crunchy like the store bought ones but they are soft and yummies! A guiltless little treat 🙂
