Not a fan of body hair or nose hair? I know some of you may think this post is TMI and gross but I wanted to share with you the wonderful world of nasal waxing. It sounds painful right? Well, it’s not! Actually, it’s not at all! You know when you wax your brows and sometimes you experience a quick 10 second ouch moment? Guess what…not even a 1 second ouch moment. I was shocked and I now have a new habit. I didn’t have unsightly nose hairs before but working at a spa you always try new things and nasal waxing was new on the menu. I was coerced into it but I’m happy I tried it. In goes the wax on a stick, allow to dry for a minute, then your nose is pinched and its pulled from your nostril. Wa-La no more nose hairs! It’s great for guys because tweezing hurts and brings tears to your eyes. I know there is an argument on how your nose hairs are there to protect against germs and dust particles, so its a personal preference choice that’s up to you at the end of the day. I just figured I would share this non-painful service with you. 🙂

Wow …. Seems to be a quick method – and I think it’s great that you share .. because I think there is loads of woman that are embarrassed by nasal hair.
Well, I didn’t have many and I work at a tanning spa and waxing is on the menu. I’m glad I tried it b/c it didn’t hurt!

I agree! 🙂 I wish I just had baby hair 😦 I swear something hormonally happened after 35. I am almost 38 and it is scaring me the changes that are happening with my body. Luckily I have not gained any weight…yet… lol
Well, I will be 35 next May so your saying I should strap my seat belt on (hehe)? I know getting older stinks! I’m trying to age as gracefully as possible but things slow down and change on us every year we get older. NOT FAIR! Lot of pressure on us women 😉
Tell me about it! It sucks! I do find though that working out with weights more often and eating clean really helps my body in more ways than one. There are changes that I do not like for example the extra fat where my butt meets my thighs on my otherwise thin legs…now where did that come from and why doesn’t it want to leave? hmmm Then the hairs in odd places..my mother warned me and she is NOT a hairy person lol Well let’s just say that luckily we live in a time where it is easier to take care of ourselves and age more gracefully 🙂 xo Eva
Don’t let me get started on all my problem areas! We are hard on ourselves and our worst critics though! I just need to get on a steady gym regimen again…and thank goodness we live in a time where we have more options to tuck, tweeze, pull, and inject our problem areas 😉

I’m in CO Kel! But the service is done many places just make sure they pinch your nose before they pull it out thats the trick to it not hurting 🙂
